Residential sales tours are medium resolution iPIX files only. Residential sales tours must be homes for sale listed with a licensed realtor. For Sale by Owner tours do not qualify for realtor rates.

Pelican360 residential sales Virtual Tours come 
in 2 flavors:

1. Realtor.com Virtual Tours and Non-Realtor.com tours

Realtor.com virtual tours come with national distribution on national sitesas well as distribution to your site and an MLS tour. Non-realtor.com tours are displayed on your website and MLS. They are NOT posted to realtor.com although you can upgrade your non-realtor.com tour to Realtor.com for an additional $35 if needed.

Pricing for residential sales tours:

Realtor.com tours:

1. Basic 4-view tour is $119 if invoiced, or $99 if paid for by credit card or prepaid with check.

2. Basic 4-view tour with still photographs $139 if invoiced, or $109 if paying by credit card or prepay

3. Budget Realtor.com tours - $69. Includes 1 iPIX 360 image and 4 stills posted to Realtor.com with agent branding.

4. Broker prepaid packages available in quantities: 25 4-view tours at $90/tour; 50 tours at $85 tour; 100 tours at $79 tour. Packages must be paid for prior to shooting.

Non Realtor.com tours:

1. Basic 4-view iPIX tour $79 if invoiced, or $69 if prepaid with credit card.
2. Basic 4-view iPIX tour with 6 photographs; $89 if invoiced or $79 with credit card.
3. Basic 3-view iPIX tour $69/59
4. Budget Tour - 2 iPIX views and 4 stills $59/$49

4-view tours with agent branding and MLS tour

  25 tours $65/tour /  50 tours $59/tour /  100 tours $49/tour

**Residential sales tour pricing for companies with Cendant certificates. These companies are ERA, Century 21 and Coldwell Banker.

Basic 4-view tours with certificates prior to shooting are $59 or $69, depending upon contract with broker. Additional views are $25.
